Yes, upkeeping the lawn is important to maintain our community appeal and home value. HOA does monitor and check the lawn condition.

What is our garbage collection company and date?
Waste Management. They collect trash every Monday, recycled every other Monday.
What is our cable company?
Almost all of the homes in our community is powered by Wave (Astound). Comcast is not available here.
What is our school district?
Our school district is Snoqualmie Valley School district. Fall City Elementary, Chief Kanim Middle School and Mt Si High School.
What is our power company?
We have two power companies: PSE and Tanner depending on where you live.
