DESCRIPTION:YOUR VOTE MATTERS! \nSave the Date \nDec 3rd 7:00 PM \nBroadhurst HOA Annual Meeting \nRedmond Fire Station #14 (5021 264th NE\, Redmond) or via Microsoft Teams \nIn the coming weeks\, you will have an opportunity to review and are asked to vote on needed to our Broadhurst HOA Bylaws and CCnRs. These governing documents are over 30-year-old and in many instances are antiquated or not compliance with current legal requirements. This is an important milestone for our community. We need everyone to vote! \nIn anticipation of the proposed changes\, the Board is providing the following for you to review: \n\nExisting Broadhurst Bylaws\n\n\nExisting Broadhurst Covenants\, Conditions and Restrictions\n\n\nProposed Amended and Restated Bylaws of Broadhurst HOA\n\n\nProposed Amended and Restated CCnRs of Broadhurst HOA\n\nIf you cannot access to the documents or would like hard copies\, please email broadhurst.board@gmail.com and we will have a set delivered to you promptly. \nMore details\, including a summary of the proposed changes\, will be coming in early October. \nThe Board will also be hosting two virtual Q&A Sessions with our attorney\, Vicki Orrico\, to answer questions regarding the proposed documents: \nOctober 16th 7:00 PM and November 6th 7:00 PM (invites coming early October) \nIf you do not have Microsoft Teams and would like to attend online\, you can download Teams here: Download Microsoft Teams Desktop and Mobile Apps | Microsoft Teams OR you can download the Teams app onto your phone. \nLook for more information in early October. \nThank you for voting in November! \n~Your Broadhurst HOA Board
