We hope your fall is going well & you are enjoying the beautiful colors in the neighborhood. The HOA Board will be holding our Community meeting in November, details are below.
Community Meeting: The 2022 Annual Community Meeting will be held on Sunday, November 13 at 7 PM. Like we started last year, we will be presenting the 2023 budget that the board has approved for the community’s approval. This is in compliance with new Washington state HOA law (RCW 64.38.025). You can find a copy of the 2023 budget attached for your review prior to the discussion in the meeting. This year we were again unable to find a suitable in-person meeting space so we will be meeting virtual, here are all the details:
